Was born in Colombia, south America but came to las Vegas at a very young age of 4. She has since been
very ambitious in her education pursuits. She was the youngest state farm agent at the age of 17 and went on to get her Bachelors in Political Science from UNLV on a full ride scholarship. She then met her now husband Matt and they started Proficient Patios in 06’ while attending UNLV. They got married, and while running Proficient Patios she wanted to continue pursuing her career goals as a judge. She then went to Boyd School of Law and graduated there with her Juris Doctorate degree in 2013. Her career goals were to pursue her law degree, but Proficient had grown so much she decided it was best to stay on and continue her focus and growth at proficient. And here another 13 years later from her law degree Mrs. Jessica still continues being a large part of Proficient running operations and managing over 75 employees on a day to day basis.
