Duralum® Weatherwood® patio covers are backed by a true full lifetime warranty that covers material and labor and is fully transferrable to the next owner of your home. Proficient Patios & Backyard Designs™ provides a limited one-year warranty covering issues with the installation of the patio cover only. The warranty guarantees that the finish will not split, chip, peel, flake, or blister.
Four Seasons® LifeRoom offers a lifetime structural warranty, a 30-year warranty on the finish, and a five-year warranty on electronics.
Awning fabrics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty period while frames and components are covered by lifetime warranties. These warranties exclude the replacement of batteries or the reprogramming of remotes. Weather damage is excluded from these warranties.
Four Seasons Sunrooms provides a 20-year product warranty as well as lifetime protection for glass breakage.
Contractor provides a one-year workmanship warranty on all concrete and coatings. Client acknowledges that some cracking is normal. Contractor does not guarantee that concrete will not crack, and cracks less than the thickness of a nickel are normal and are not covered by this warranty.
Contractor provides a 30-day limited warranty for plant material installed by contractor. Contractor warrants that trees, plants, and sod provided by contractor will be viable at the time of installation and will remain healthy for 30 days from installation. We offer a one-year labor warranty on turf installation and a 15-year manufacturer warranty against premature wear or fading. Contractor provides a one-year warranty on irrigation parts and labor.
Vista Professional Outdoor Lighting provides a 10-year warranty against corrosion on all powder-coated finishes and a 10-year warranty on LED fixtures.
Belgard provides a lifetime transferrable product warranty. Contractor provides a 1-year warranty on installation.
Warranty is dependent on the manufacturer.
Parts like motors, panels, etc., all carry different warranties, so please check with Proficient Patios to see what is covered under warranty and for how long.
If a part isn’t covered, Proficient Patios can usually act as a service company for the repairs. If not, they can provide a referral for the best service company for the project.
Caldera Spas offers a 10-year no-leak shell warranty, a seven-year shell surface warranty, and five-year warranties on plumbing, components, heaters, and cabinets.
Contractor provides a one-year warranty on the metal frame for custom-built islands and a one-year warranty on all finishes. Appliance warranties vary depending on the manufacturer.
Warranty is based on the manufacturer and varies based on frame and fabric.
Sunset West provides a 10-year warranty on frames, a three-year warranty on powder coatings, and a three-year warranty on resin wicker against noticeable fading and cracking.
Skyline provides a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. Sunbrella Fabrics provides warranties of five to 10 years, depending on the fabric.

If you are experiencing a warranty issue, please contact Proficient Patios immediately and we will take appropriate action to determine if the issue is covered under the warranty. If an issue is covered, we will file a claim with the manufacturer or schedule a service call to rectify it under the Proficient Patios warranty service plan.
